Marisa Ramos, the agent of Robinho, is not sure what would be the destination of the Brazilian superstar in the next season.
Robinho who is presently a part of the Italian side AC Milan was rumoured to be set to take an away transfer quite a few weeks ago, but, Ramos yesterday said that no transfer talks with any club are going on at this point of time.
Ramos was interviewed by an Italian news channel yesterday. When he was asked if Robinho is heading somewhere this summer or he would stay with the Rossoneri, he said, “I have no idea. I can’t assure you anything right now. But, one thing that I want to make clear here is that we have not been in touch with any club around the world regarding his transfer.”
When asked whether he has talked to the Milan officials, Ramos said, “Yes, I have. I actually talk to them quite often and so does Robinho. But, nothing has been decided as yet.”
The reports had come through some time back that a couple of Brazilian clubs including Flamengo are looking to get Robinho signed, but, Flamengo recently has confirmed that they are not in the race for securing the services of the player.
Robinho had actually started his senior career in Brazil. The first club that he played for at the senior level was Santos. After featuring for them for three years, he signed for Real Madrid and since then, he has been playing away.
The forward had returned back to Santos on loan from Manchester City in 2010, but, he stayed there for 6 months only before being sold to AC Milan.
Robinho has made close to 500 appearances for various clubs all over the world and has scored more than 150 goals.
